About me

Hi I’m Molly and this is Murphy, the duo behind Walkieees.

I have loved animals for as long as I can remember especially horses and dogs, who have always been a huge part of my life.

Before moving into the dog world, I spent 10 years working in the equine industry which took me all over the world and gave me invaluable experience caring for animals at a professional level. During that time I achieved my BHSAI and BHS Stage 4 Care and Lunge qualifications - something I am incredibly proud of.

After a decade in the equine industry, I felt ready for a new chapter and moving into canine care felt like the most natural step. Over the past 8 years I’ve worked professionally with dogs in a variety of roles - from London dog daycares (where I progressed into a management role) to working with an incredible puppy therapy company.

In summer 2024 I made the move to Chester with my wonderful fiancé and quickly found myself doing what I love most - spending my days with dogs. Since then, I’ve continued working part-time with the puppy therapy company, joined the fantastic team at the award-winning Fayes Doggy Boutique and provided dog-sitting services.

By the end of 2025, it felt like the perfect time to build something of my own and with the help of my wonderful mum, Walkieees was born on 4th December 2025.

I’m Dog First Aid certified, IMDT Professional Dog Walking certified, DBS checked, fully insured and a proud member of the Modern Dog Walkers Association, so you can feel confident that your dogs are in safe, experienced and loving hands.

We are also delighted to announce that Wakieees has been nominated as a finalist for the UK Small Business Awards 2026.
